We did a walking tour from Argoules to the Abbey of Valloires and back. Argoules proved to be a very nice village with a castle, a church, many interesting houses and last but not least a beautifully decorated transformer housing. But the most interesting part was the cow who was constanly watching my every move. The other cows didn’t pay much attention but this one was either suspicious or maybe hoping to find a chess partner.
We deden een wandeling die van Argoules naar de abdij van Valloires voerde en weer terug. Het plaatsje Argoules zelf bleek best fotogeniek met een kasteel aan de straat, een kerk, een kunstzinnig transformatorhuisje (erg mooi gedaan) en leuke huizen. Maar het meest bijzondere was toch wel de koe die me voortdurend in het oog hield bij alles wat ik deed. Misschien vertrouwde ze me niet, maar het kan ook zijn dat ze gewoon een nieuwe schaakpartner zocht.
