One of the nicer etappes. Motherme-sur-Meuse is a good starting point. And then at Bogny-sur-Meuse there is a very attractive old building, the Marie on a market-hall of Chateau-Regnault, really picturesque. The history of the 4 Aymos brothers is fully exploited, but actually only the statue of the horse Bayard is worth a visit. Nearing Joigny-sur-Meuse there is a lock with several artistic exhibits, nothing wild but very funny. Down the way there is the relaxing Meuse to enjoy.
Een van de leukere etappes. Monthermé-sur-Meuse is een mooie stad en een goed startpunt. De volgende plaats die de moeite waard is, Bogny-sur-Meuse, heeft een erg mooi gebouw, een combinatie van gemeentehuis en markthal. Bogny is vergeven van de verwijzingen naar de 4 Fils Aymos, de vier heemskinderen zeg maar. Zoals altijd weinig interessant, maar het stalen beeld van het ros Bayard is de moeite waard. Bij de sluis stroomaf van Joigny-sur-Meuse een aantal grappige kunstuitingen, het plaatsje zelf maakte een ingeslapen indruk.
