The first two weeks of our holiday we planned mainly to cycle the Canal du Nord and the Canal Lateral a l’Oise. We stayed in a hamlet called Beines which was run like a cooperation centered around horses by the inhabitants.
De eerste twee weken van onze vakantie hadden we vooral gepland om langs het Canal du Nord en het Canal Latéral à l’Oise te fietsen. We verbleven in het gehucht Beines, dat door de inwoners werd beheerd als een coöperatie die om paarden draaide.
